Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SevenSeas (accessible at sevenseas.app), operated by Gallegos Software Consulting Incorporated (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using SEVENSEAS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

SevenSeas is a job automation platform where AI applies to jobs on your behalf. You control your preferences and can pause or cancel at any time. The service includes resume management, automated job applications, and related communication features.

Your Account

• You must be 18 or older to use SevenSeas
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure
• You are responsible for all activity on your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must promptly update your information if it changes

User Content

Your content — including resumes, cover letters, job preferences, and application materials — remains yours. By using SEVENSEAS, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store your content solely to provide and improve our services. We will not sell your content to third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate and does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use SevenSeas for legitimate job searching only
• Not use the service to spam employers or submit fraudulent applications
• Not share your account with others
• Provide accurate information in your profile and applications
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Not use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Credits and Payments

• Credits are non-refundable unless required by law
• Credits expire 12 months after purchase
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your purchases

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number during account signup on SevenSeas, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from us related to your account and job applications. This includes:

• Account verification codes (OTP)
• Application status updates
• Interview notifications and reminders

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance or contact noah@sevenseas.app. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or use of SevenSeas. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property

SevenSeas and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Gallegos Software Consulting Incorporated and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers

SevenSeas is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee job interviews, employment, or any particular outcome from using the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gallegos Software Consulting Incorporated and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gallegos Software Consulting Incorporated from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kern County, California.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of SevenSeas after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
